Pennequin after an error by the music publisher Enoch, 1893 violinist at the Concerts Colonne at Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, 24.feb.1893 with violinist Lespine, violist Louis Bailly (1882-1974) and cellist Louis Abbiate (1866-1933) he organized the 'seances musique du chambre' at galerie Vivienne in Paris, 1894-1898 first violin of the Opera Comique and accompanist in many concerts at salle Pleyel in Paris, 1900 he formed a trio with pianist Andre Bloch (1873-1960) and cellist Louis Abbiate performing at salle des fetes du Journal in Paris, 5.may.1901 officially appointed director and 7.dec.1913 former director of the Conservatoire de Bordeaux, 1901-1911 chef de orchestre of Societe Sainte-Cecile in Bordeaux, 1906 residing at 124 rue de la Tresorerie in Bordeaux, 1909 director of Casino de Royan, 1910-1914 member of the Societe des Compositeurs, his methods for the violin were immediately approved and adopted by the principal conservatories ; daughter Emma Pennequin (Pyrenees, Pau 1888-), 1898 piano pupil of Mme Roger-Miclos, 1910 premier prix piano from the Conservatoire de Paris, gave numerous concerts in Paris, Bordeaux, Bourges, Royan and Cauterets, 1928 appointed professor at Conservatoire de Bourges, 1934 professor of piano at Conservatoire National de Rennes
